Phase I

The custom order process starts with your email. What would be the jewelry of your dreams? During this phase, I will ensure that we cover the selection of gemstones, metals, finish, finger size, estimated budget, and delivery schedule. Do you prefer gold, platinum, or silver? What about gemstones or colors? Do you have a lucky number or a symbol you would like to integrate into the design? What is your budget? When do you need your jewelry by?

Phase II

The second phase begins once I have a clear understanding of what you are dreaming of for your jewelry. In this phase, I will draw and then let the magic happen to create your personalized jewelry. When the piece is ready, you will see photos of your personalized piece. If you love it, the piece will be sent to you via overnight FedEx service. Please note that my jewelry has a warranty on all soldering. Additionally, one free cleaning service is offered for every personalized piece.
